PRIVACY LAW AND DATA PROTECTION
§ 1 General
Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) shall be treated by us according to the provisions of the German Privacy of Data Act. The following regulations will inform you about the kind, extent and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. This data protection declaration refers only to our website. In case you are transferred to other websites via links on our pages, please inform yourself about the respective use of your data there.
§ 2 User-related data
1. Your personal data, as far as they are necessary for the justification, definition of the content or amendment of the contractual relationship (user-related data), shall be used exclusively for settlement of the contract. In order to deliver the goods, for example, your name and address have to be given to the supplier of the goods.
2. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties who are not involved in the settlement of the contract without your express consent or without legal basis. After the contract has been completely settled, your data shall be blocked for further use. After expiry of the fiscal and commercial legal provisions, this data shall be deleted in as far as you have not expressly consented to its further use.
§ 3 Information about Cookies
In order to optimize our web presence, we use Cookies. These are small text files, which are temporarily saved in the working memory of your computer. These Cookies are deleted again after you close the browser. You may prevent the saving of Cookies by selecting "block Cookies" in your browser settings. This may lead to a limitation of function concerning our offers as a consequence, however.
